Baltic Development Forum's Summit in Vilnius

As Administrative Coordinator of MEP BSR (Model European Parliament Baltic Sea Region) Nina Nørgaard took part in the Baltic Development Forum's Summit in Vilnius (www.bdforum.org) with students from Lithuania, Sweden, Finland and Germany on June 1-2. Also Hans Lindemann (Principal, Metropolitanskolen) and Dan Gustafsson (Vice Principal, Victor Rydberg Gymnasium) from the organisation were present at the conference. MEP BSR's main sponsor is the Nordic Council of Ministers.

MEP BSR contact meeting in Kaliningrad

Nina Nørgaard will go to a MEP BSR contact meeting in Kaliningrad on May 29 to make preparations for the session in Kaliningrad in the autumn. With representatives from Nordic Council of Ministers she will subsequently take part in the Baltic Development Forum´s Summit in Vilnius. (www.bdforum.org)

Waves of Democracy 2010

In September 09 (week 38) IUC's Nina Norgaard and New Europe´s Soren W. Lundby will visit the Danish Embassy in Belgrade, Serbia, to continue negotiations about the project Waves of Democracy 2010, which will hopefully take place in the summer of 2010 in Serbia. Included in the visit are meetings with: European Fund for the Balkans, Belgrade Fund for Political Excellence, Balkan Community Initiatives Fund and with co-organisers: European Movement Serbia.
